2008 Lapostelle Casa Carmenere

Hope everyone is having a great Halloween evening. Watch out for all those ghouls in the streets of your town! I've got a giant Bee, a Martian and a Zombie visiting for the night. The glow of a nice Carmenere from the Chilean La Postelle winery is keeping me warm tonight. Here's the propoganda from the website:

Color: Deep violet color with purple hints. Nose: Intense and complex nose full of aromas: white pepper and red fruit at the start, then prunes and black cherries with some hints of sweet spices.Palate: Juicy tannins with soft structure and balance; fresh fruit flavors at the finish.

Loving this one and if you get a chance to pick it up in your local wineshop - don't hesitate!
