Side A: Rockin' Bones Side B: Congratulations to Me
Label: Rockin' Records #1
Record is conservatively a VERY strong VG. Very slight warp that doesn't affect play at all. Otherwise shiny, some pops but it sounds GREAT!
I recently bought over a hundred R&B and rockabilly 45s out of one of the most amazing collections I've ever heard of in Denver, Colorado. This collector had been at it for decades and had everything. I mean everything! I'm keeping many of them, particularly the black R&B 45s which are more what I tend to DJ. As tempted as I am to hold onto this admittedly perfect gem, I have a rule of not DJing records over $100 in value. Plus one of you will appreciate it more than me (I like rockabilly but it's not exactly my specialty).
Talk about O.G. This is probably one of the three or four most sought after rockabilly 45s out there and what a record it is... geez, should I really be selling this? In terms of condition, there's some sticker residue on the A-Side, which you can probably work off yourself. The vinyl is a very strong VG. I don't want to say VG+ as some might as there are some marks and there are some pops on the record but it plays fantastic on my turntable (trying to beat back second thoughts here).
To add to this, I didn't even notice until I got all of these records home that the outer sleeve (the record was packed in two 45 sleeves) was autographed by the man himself. If I read the handwriting correctly, it reads "To Mary Lou Love you always Ronnie Dawson".
This is definitely, I repeat definitely, the original pressing. I've had several rockabilly fanatic friends of mine here take a look. You can tell by the color of the label (the reissues are a much brighter red) among other ways. If you'd like deadwax info, feel free to email me.

Description + basic informations:
THIS EXTRA RARE PS 45rpm SINGLE IS ORIGINAL YUGOSLAV PRESSING ISSUED IN 1974 WITH DIFFERENT COVER.
TITLE: "Trash" mono/stereo Mercury Records promo with the very rare picture sleeve.
Vinyl Near Mint.
Sleeve is made of thin paper so there is some light creasing in spots. I removed the record from the sleeve over thirty years ago so it would not get damaged. There is a little scuff on one side. It's really nice and you will have a hard time finding one that's cleaner!
