Porto Morgado Ruby


A Beautiful Sunday Afternoon out here in Red Red Wine On A Sundayland. I've poured myself a glass of Port to whet the appetite for the Kabobs that I've grilled up this evening.

The Port tonight is a nice and inexpensive Ruby Port from the Porto Morgada winery in the Douro region of Portugal. A very easy drinking dessert wine that should go well with the dessert tonight - chocolate dipped strawberries. Having some Sparkling cider with dinner first -


Skewered up a couple of types of Kabobs this afternoon- on top is the Shrimp/ Pineapple and on the bottom the Steak / Onion / Mushroom / Pepper version. Really easy to make and grill.
