It is a Saturday, not Sunday, but it's time for some red wine. Tonight I've opened up a 2008 Dona Paula Estate Cabernet from Argentina. This one is really nice, with just a small amount of the vegetal character that Cabernet is known for. Lotsa fruit and it is nicely balanced at just 14.5% alcohol.

I've got some Salmon on the grill and this one should go great with it, especially with the homemade roasted tomato and basil sauce that I've whipped up to serve on top of the Salmon.
