2014 Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale



Overcast and a bit dreary out here in Northern California, but I'm keeping warm with the latest incarnation of Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale.  One of the first, if not the first, west coast style IPAs, they have been brewing this one for 33 years now.  Yes, that is 33 YEARS and they are still hitting it outta the park.  Very balanced and flavorful, this one sits at 6.5% ABV and 65 IBU.

You could probably balance a couple of quarters on the peaks of the head on this beer.  Perfect protein structures produce this kind of performance.  See the link below for some Good Head advice.......  .
