Heading to France this afternoon via a nice 2010 Syrah-Merlot blend from Sainte-Croix. Picked this up over at my local Trader Joes for less than a fiver. Hmm - rich and yummy with a very dry finish. Not bad for the price - I'll be picking up more. I've got a big pot of Bolognese on this afternoon - this should go well with whatever pasta the girls what tonight. It's going perfectly with the grilled red pepper strips and chorizo that we are having for appetizers.
